Life is all about balance and for most of us it is a struggle! Our perspective in life is often clouded by the “I can’t” instead of the “I’ll give it a try”. This blog is all about me and a life coping with anxiety, a love of gin, gymophobia and a huge love for my family, friends and places.
Thank you for joining me!

I love gyms like these they are not as intimidating as LA Fitness, worse encounter ever at LA they were so snobby and totally unhelpful. It looks like you found a nice place train. Looking forward to readying more posts. http://chubbyismyname.wordpress.com
yea i have that right now I have to register for a gym but i always feel weird going to one.
Read some of my very first Blogs, I felt the same way. I was a size 22 when I started and am now a size 18, i wanted to make sure that I kept the balance right, I didn’t want to make any changes that i could not keep up with
Yea i’ve been doing 30 day shred. But i feel that it is time to to head to the gym just for a longer workout. I love doing circuit training. Wow amazing job on your change.
Thanks, it is a long slog, it is a life change not an instant fix so it takes time to figure where it all fits
I agree with you. I have struggled with my weight my whole life from age 6. Now at age 22 I am a point where I don’t hate my body I just want to sculpt it and make it better. Making life changes that will benefit me for long term not short term goals.
So true especially when some many other things are going on.
