I was walking home last night and saw a group of guys festively bedecked in Christmas jumpers and Santa hats. They were obviously on their way to the next watering hole, singing Jingle Bells at the top of their voices. As I went to walk passed them one of them accidentally bumped into me and I almost fell. Two of the guys caught me before I hit the deck, but I had got such a fright I got a bit tearful. Then a very nice young gentleman called Adam told off his mate and made him apologise to me. I think the poor guy was a bit worried that I was upset, so he offered to sing me a song to “cheer me up”.
