“If you question your fears, does it mean you are ready to face them?”
“If you find that you are ready to meet your fears head on, are you brave, courageous or just had a moment of clarity when your so called fears become negligable?”
“If you blame your current fears on your past are you just using it as an excuse not to face them?”
“How much of our fears are imagined and how much is genuine ?”
Life is all about balance and for most of us it is a struggle! Our perspective in life is often clouded by the “I can’t” instead of the “I’ll give it a try”. This blog is all about me and a life coping with anxiety, a love of gin, gymophobia and a huge love for my family, friends and places.
Thank you for joining me!

To quote Mark Twain “I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened”
