I am discovering and accepting that just because you start to get your anxiety or depression under control doesn’t mean you can sit back and relax.
Take the stairs one step at a time and conserve your energy. It means that if the stairs get steeper you will be able to cope. Breath deep, enjoy the view from each step, rest then start I climbing again.
Life is all about balance and for most of us it is a struggle! Our perspective in life is often clouded by the “I can’t” instead of the “I’ll give it a try”. This blog is all about me and a life coping with anxiety, a love of gin, gymophobia and a huge love for my family, friends and places.
