Mark became interested in fitness at an early age mainly through his father who was a PTI in the Army, as well as a Karate instructor. Mark took up Karate at the age of 5 and also became an accomplished Thai boxer, winning a number of Scottish titles. After he finished competing, he became an instructor in Mixed Martial Arts, as well as taking up downhill mountain biking, surfing and a bit of wake boarding.
He has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years and has been at The Western Health and Racquets Club for over 13 years, both as a fitness instructor/personal trainer and gym manager. On a day to day basis Mark looks after the gym, dealing with membership inquiries, delivering inductions and designing programmes for members. He also tends to be the Mr Fix-it around the place!
Mark offers one to one personal training at The Western Health and Racquets Club, specializing in:
- General fitness and sport specific training (with a special interest in tennis)
- Advice and information on nutrition and weight loss
- Body sculpting
- Flexibility and back pain management
- Mood and energy specific workouts

Rae Eustace …

Mireille Eustace, (Rae), started her training in complimentary therapies in 1994 in Croydon, Surrey, whilst working in the NHS. Once qualified, she gained experience by continuing to work in the NHS and she became a volunteer at Marie Curie.
Rae moved to Scotland in 1998 and joined our Napier’s clinic in Cresswell Street, Glasgow when it opened in February 1999. Since then she has built up a successful practice and has continued to add many more therapies to her bow, including Reflexology, Flower Essences, Thermo-Auricular Therapy, (ear candling), Indian Head Massage and Therapeutic Massage to name a few.
Recently, Rae qualified in Holistic Fertility Therapy and Reflexology Vibrational Medicine and is currently studying Iridology. She also has additional experience working within the medical field, dealing with those with special needs, multiple sclerosis, mental health problems and offers a tailor-made pregnancy packages.
Rae is an examiner in Reflexology and Aromatherapy and is often called on to give talks on these subjects to a wide range of groups, these include Alzheimers Scotland, parent and baby groups and residential homes.
