Western Health and Racquets Club

The Gym I use is based in The Western Health and Racquets Club, Hyndland Road, Glasgow. Thanks to the Club for allowing me to take the information below from their Facebook page.

In the heart of Glasgow’s West End, the Western Health & Racquets Club is the ideal place to play racquet sports, get fit, meet friends, have fun and relax in comfortable and welcoming environment.

At Western you can play sport, get fit, and have a good time while you’re at it.  Whether you want to play for fun, for exercise or competitively, you’ll find the sort of game you want here. All in all we don’t believe there’s a better tennis or squash club in the West End.

We have – Six all-weather floodlit tennis courts – three squash courts – a modern gym and changing rooms – a big programme of tennis, squash, and social events to make it really easy for you to get to know people who play the kind of game you like.

All this in a great club setting, including a bar open seven days a week!
