Day 2 started badly as I slept in and ended up being way behind with my plans! However I did my 30 minute walk to and from the Job Centre and then hit the Gym for cardio for about 40 minutes. To be honest my legs felt like jelly and I could hardly speak! I used the incline on the treadmill to try and push myself a wee bit and to get the old legs moving. It worked!!!!
So here is my first video share on my Blog, I am going to take some time tomorrow to do a full explanation about what I hope to achieve and how I am going to go about the next 150 days.
